By accessing our websites, booking a call, or using any WETYR service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services and Statements of Work
Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in proposals, statements of work, or master service agreements. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
3. User Conduct
- Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, security testing, or interference with our systems.
- Do not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or frameworks without permission.
4. Outbound Communications Consent
By submitting your information or interacting with our platforms, you consent to receive emails, calls, SMS/MMS, and social media messages about relevant services. You can opt out at any time via unsubscribe links, replying STOP to SMS, or emailing info@wetyr.com. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Fees, Invoices, and Taxes
- Invoices are due per the payment terms stated in the applicable agreement.
- Late balances may incur finance charges and project pauses.
- Client is responsible for applicable taxes unless a valid exemption is provided.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the engagement. Confidentiality survives termination.
7. IP Ownership
Pre-existing materials, frameworks, software, and methodologies remain the property of WETYR or its licensors. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables internally for their intended purpose upon full payment.
8. Disclaimers
Services and sites are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., revenue, funding, valuation) and disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
WETYR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed amounts paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior three months.
10. Third-Party Platforms
We may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Calendly, payment processors, analytics, social networks). Those providers are responsible for their services and policies.
11. Term, Suspension, Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach or misuse. Sections concerning payments, confidentiality, IP, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination.
12. Compliance and Export
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including privacy, telemarketing, and export rules. You will not use our services in violation of sanctions or export controls.
13. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue and jurisdiction lie exclusively in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Effective Date" will reflect the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
